The Layout

The burial site comprises an extensive field and woodland area, where plots may be individually selected and reserved. Visitors reach the burial site by passing the Memorial Stones, a quiet area for reflection featuring monoliths engraved with the names of those buried there.

The Location

The Memorial Woodland is situated off the Grassington Rd with pedestrian access and the main parking area to the rear of the Craven Heifer car park. There is vehicle access and a small car park and turning area for funeral cars only up the track leading from Brackenley Lane (into Embsay).
